The Assistant Principal of College & Career Success is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that every Educational Solutions student graduates prepared for success beyond high school.
This leader serves as the organizational owner of college readiness, career readiness, postsecondary planning, workforce development, industry credentialing, university partnerships, student opportunity access, and long-term postsecondary success. Beginning in Grade 7, the Assistant Principal of College & Career Success develops systems that help students discover their interests, explore future possibilities, build meaningful experiences, and successfully navigate pathways toward college, career training, workforce opportunities, military service, entrepreneurship, and other postsecondary options.
The Assistant Principal of College & Career Success is responsible for building a comprehensive Grades 712 pathway model that connects academic success with real-world opportunities. This leader works closely with school leaders, guidance counselors, families, colleges, universities, employers, community organizations, and workforce partners to ensure students graduate with both the credentials and the confidence needed to thrive in their chosen path.
