What You'll Do * Conduct substance use assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide individual, group, and family counseling services as clinically appropriate. * Support clients through case management, crisis intervention, and recovery planning. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. * Collaborate with treatment providers, community partners, and support systems to coordinate care. * Facilitate group sessions and educational programming that support recovery goals. * Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development. * Deliver high-quality, client-centered services in accordance with best practices, regulatory requirements, and agency standards. What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field; OR * High school diploma/equivalent combined with qualifying experience and/or required certifications * Minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in substance abuse treatment * Certification in addiction counseling a plus! MUST HAVE: * + Strong assessment, counseling, and case management abilities + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills + Commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed care + Experience working in substance use treatment settings, with an understanding of addiction, recovery principles, and evidence-based interventions. + Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams * Clearances: + Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 Clearances + FBI Fingerprinting Clearance + Verification of no exclusions from Medicaid/Medicare Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted for the requirements specified under Education and ExperienceWhat's in it for you?
