Kilgore Industries is a Texas-based mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and service organization supporting commercial, industrial, healthcare, aviation, mission-critical, multifamily, and institutional facilities. Kilgore Service is expanding its commercial service platform and is focused on building long-term customer relationships through responsive service, preventive maintenance, repair and replacement planning, and facility support.
The commercial service consultant is responsible for developing commercial service opportunities with building owners, facility managers, property managers, contractors, and existing Kilgore customers. This role focuses on identifying service needs, scheduling facility reviews, supporting maintenance agreement opportunities, following up on open leads, and helping customers understand the value of planned service, responsive support, and repair/replacement planning.

The ideal candidate is driven, organized, coachable, and comfortable speaking with customers. This person does not need to know everything about HVAC or MEP on day one, but must be willing to learn, follow up consistently, and build trust with customers.
