Description The Project Manager will report into senior operations leadership and play a key role in driving successful project delivery from pre-construction through close-out. Lead all phases of concrete construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Manage project financials including forecasting, cost control, and reporting Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying risks and mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Support pre-construction efforts including estimating, planning, and value engineering Profile For the Project Manager - Concrete Construction we are seeking: Proven experience as a Project Manager within concrete or heavy civil construction Strong background in structural concrete projects; tilt-wall or large-scale commercial/industrial experience is highly beneficial Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and contracts Experience working closely with field operations and superintendent teams Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Candidates who have progressed through the field or trades are highly valued Job Offer Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000+ (flexible based on concrete experience) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Market-leading benefits package, including a highly competitive retirement plan Local project model with limited travel requirements Long-term career stability with a contractor known for low turnover and internal promotion Safety-first, family-oriented culture with a strong reputation in its regional markets Proven track record of successfully supporting relocating professionals MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
