Job type: Permanent, Full Time Work week: Tuesday – Friday Location: In Office Responsibilities Respond to and resolve public safety communications problems for State Agency clients following FCC rules and regulations. Use office‑provided training, complex test equipment, computers, hand tools, and technical literature to diagnose and repair communication systems. Maintain a professional and team‑centered environment by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and co‑workers. Communicate clearly in written and verbal interactions, including Microsoft Office products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. Travel to remote locations, high elevations, and inclement weather conditions as required. Minimum Qualifications Active FCC General Radiotelephone Operator’s License or an industry‑accepted equivalent. Valid California Driver’s License (CDL) with class, expiration date, and endorsements. Background investigation clearance. Medical clearance. Ability to work effectively in a team, travel, and operate specialized test equipment.
