About the role In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative support to both the client and the contract. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the contract scope, as well as familiarity with internal and client procedures, processes, and systems. You will be responsible for operating these systems to established standards, serving as a subject matter expert to ensure accurate reporting, maintain data quality, and promote best practices and process improvements. Additionally, you will manage billing activities, including revenue and debt management, to support compliance with contractual requirements and performance objectives. This is a day-shift position and requires on-site presence at the Data Center facility in Barker, NY. Responsibilities Build and review management reports such as profit and loss (P&L), work in progress (WIP), debt, Open Purchase Orders (OPOs), and Invoice Pools. Coordinate the billing application, margin calculations, invoicing, and client submission, as well as raising purchase orders for vendor submission. Support management’s efforts to implement cost saving opportunities, ensuring customer and GWS financial savings targets are improved. Compile data for the monthly Contract Review to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and support the preparation and delivery of the review and Business Unit Review materials. Complete all necessary activities to understand the contractual scope/commitments and drive high quality commercial performance. Maintain activities that support outstanding client and vendor relationships, including improving buying and use of preferred suppliers, conducting supplier surveys on MySupplier and other systems, compiling the Customer Monthly Management Report, reporting from work management systems, and coordinating sub‑contractor files and statutory compliance. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required, with 2–4 years of experience in contract management, client care at financial institutions, or a similar background. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and/or supervisors. Ability to present information optimally to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Compensation and Benefits The minimum salary for this role is $75,000 annually and the maximum is $80,000 annually. The compensation offered will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s benefit program. This role includes 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
