Leading the strategic response to federal Medicaid changes, the full-time salaried Medicaid Entitlement Strategy Director will manage the organization's application to become a Medicaid Qualified Entity, implement training protocols, and develop internal systems for member enrollment and support, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the application process to become a Medicaid Qualified Entity in all eligible states, ensuring compliance and staff training Oversee the implementation of SOAR training and establish SSDI/SSI application pipelines through partnerships Develop and maintain systems to support eligible members in meeting Medicaid requirements and track compliance milestones Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, public policy, health administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 8-10 years of experience in healthcare administration, entitlement services, or social work, preferably in a SUD treatment organization Demonstrated experience working with state agencies and Medicaid agencies Knowledge of Medicaid policy, eligibility criteria, and the Affordable Care Act Proficiency in project management tools and electronic health record platforms
