The Maintenance & Housekeeping Support team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of the hotel's guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role supports both maintenance operations and housekeeping functions to ensure a clean, well-maintained, and positive guest experience.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Front Office Manager, and/or General Manager.
This role operates in a hotel environment, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Regular use of equipment such as vacuums, carpet extractors, power tools, ozone machines, and laundry equipment is required.
This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Regular use of hands and arms for cleaning and maintenance tasks is necessary. Ability to lift 3050 lbs. Ability to communicate effectively (talking and hearing).
This is a full-time or part-time position requiring flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed. Occasional travel may be required for brand certification or training.
High school diploma or GED. Customer service experience preferred.
