Superintendent
Our client is a successful mid-sized commercial interiors general contractor with a strong reputation across NYC. They specialize in office, retail, and tenant improvement projects and are known for their solid pipeline, repeat clients, and collaborative, team-driven culture.
Oversee daily onsite operations for commercial interior construction projects. Manage subcontractors, scheduling, site logistics, and trade coordination. Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and jobsite organization. Coordinate inspections, track progress, and manage punchlist completion. Partner closely with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
A successful Superintendent should have: proven experience supervising commercial interior construction projects in NYC. Strong knowledge of interior finishes, millwork, and MEP coordination. Confident leader who communicates clearly and keeps teams aligned. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. Reliable, professional, and proud of delivering well-executed projects.
