Asphalt & Paving Estimator
Build winning bids, manage impactful construction projects, and help shape infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

Asphalt & Paving Estimator Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $ 80,000.00 to $ 90,000.00 / annually
- First Shift
- Prepare detailed construction estimates using project specifications, takeoffs, historical cost data, and supplier pricing.
- Develop project budgets and communicate awarded bids to field personnel.
- Coordinate DOT, Federal Highway, municipal, and other public works projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and design options to identify cost-effective project solutions.
- Ensure projects comply with company safety standards, OSHA/MSHA regulations, and quality expectations.
Asphalt & Paving Estimator Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and construction experience.
- 25 years of construction estimating, project management, and DOT/municipal construction experience.
- Experience with estimating software, B2W, takeoff software, and CADD files.
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, contracts, and prepare accurate project estimates.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
