What You Will Be Doing
As the UAS Test Pilot - Skunk Works MD (Level 5) you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive flight test missions, evaluating aircraft performance against specifications, and coordinating test operations to ensure safety and mission success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Execute flight test plans, including compliance and operational suitability assessments.
Operate diverse test aircraft models during engineering, production acceptance, and flight test support.
Coordinate flight operations efforts and approve cockpit configurations.
Conduct demonstration flights for customers, government officials, and stakeholders.
Document test results and provide recommendations for aircraft improvements.

You are an experienced aviator with a proven track record in flight testing and aircraft evaluation. You thrive in high‑stakes environments, are meticulous, and collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to drive performance improvements. Your expertise in test planning, safety management, and stakeholder communication makes this role uniquely impactful.
Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.
