Select quality goods from our inventory to accurately match the customer's orders.
Support other departments for shipping needs to customers or other third parties.
Follow established shipping instructions, using correct accounts.
Use shipping software to create shipping labels and documents
Ensure the safe travel of products by carefully and safely packaging content.
Prepare larger orders that require palletization of product; collect weights and dimensions to coordinate pick up. This calls for communication with shipping and receiving staff for safe transportation.
After packing and labeling orders, move packages to the shipping area.
Provide tracking numbers to departments as required.
Keep excellent records of outgoing materials to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Monitor product quality and bring to the attention of supervisor any deficient material.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Manage and maintain a monthly inventory, track stock levels, and ensure accuracy of records.
Keep Finished Goods area organized to easily access products and facilitate inventory.
Assists with company physical inventories and cycle counts.
Maintain an active collaboration with different departments, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Bilingual
Previous Experience Driving a Forklift
High school diploma or GED required
Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
Communication: Be able to read and write, and communicate in English.
Compose routine correspondence on own initiative
Must have the ability to work well under pressure
Physical Capabilities Strength: Must be able to lift 50 lbs
