Qualifications Associate degree in Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, E-Learning, Instructional Media, or a closely related field. Two (2) years of related experience. Responsibilities Assist in producing and developing instructional, promotional, and digital media content for college initiatives and learning environments. Supports pre-production and production activities including scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, and coordinating project elements. Work with the production team to review, edit, and finalize video projects, including graphics, titles, audio, and visual elements. Operate video cameras, audio equipment, and lighting in studio and field environments to support media production projects. Edit video content using non-linear editing systems to produce high-quality instructional media. Assist in preparing and delivering media content for use in the Leaning Management System (LMS) and other digital platforms. Collaborate with faculty and staff to support instructional media development and ensure alignment with learning objectives. Maintain production equipment, files and project assets in accordance with departmental standards and workflows. Gather and maintain information to support documentation of projects, processes, and activities. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills. Provide support for studio and field productions, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting of equipment. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Skills & Requirements Knowledge of basic instructional media production workflows and industry practices. Proficiency in video production, including camera operation, lighting and audio setup. Experience editing video using non-linear editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and media composition principles. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support multiple projects simultaneously. Organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Familiarity with instructional media and digital learning environments is beneficial. Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design concepts is preferred. Must possess knowledge of instructional media production workflow and equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
