Flash Fitness | Beverly, MA Part-Time Position Morning, Evening & Weekend Shifts Available 24 Shifts Per Week Starting at $16.00 Per Hour + Sales Bonus Opportunities+ Free Gym Membership Must Be 18 Years of Age or Older Please Note: This is a year-round position and is not a summer-only job. We are seeking local residents, college students remaining in the area for most the year, or individuals looking for long-term part-time employment.

As a Front Desk Membership Advisor, you are often the first and last person our members and guests interact with each day. You will play an important role in creating a positive member experience while helping prospective members learn about our gym memberships, personal training services, and Recharge Lounge recovery amenities. This position combines customer service, sales, and club operations in a fast-paced fitness environment.
Ideal Candidate: This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and wants to be part of a team that helps others improve their lives through fitness, recovery, and wellness.
