Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) to join a leading healthcare organization in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In this fast-paced role, you'll provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely, life-saving treatment.

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $75,000 – $100,000 annually and is ideal for experienced nurses looking to further their emergency medicine career. Candidates should be available to start within 30 days, and relocation assistance may be discussed for qualified applicants.

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Registered Nurse experience.
• Ability to begin employment within 30 days.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and emergency assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Previous emergency department or trauma care experience.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
