Wage: $85,000-95,000/year (plus commission)
The Regional Director of Sales leads and supports Sales Coordinators, Specialists, and Executive Directors to drive occupancy through strategic sales initiatives and relationship-building.
This role provides coaching, mentorship, and field support to optimize sales performance and community growth.

Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
