Responsibilities Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently. Provide excellent customer service and answer patient inquiries. Support the optometry team with administrative tasks as needed -- including insurance verifications, answering phones, etc. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a front desk or healthcare role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities (ACCURACY IS A MUST) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
