Duties Support regulatory and compliance matters involving employee benefits. Advise on the interpretation and application of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. Provide guidance on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. Assist with plan design, administration, and compliance obligations. Engage in EBEC transaction support. Requirements Experience in employee benefits compliance and regulatory matters. Strong legal research and writing skills. Ability to manage multiple matters in a team-oriented environment. Education JD from an ABA‑accredited law school. Certifications Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted. Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located. Skills Strong academic credentials. Ability to interact closely with partners and handle meaningful responsibilities.
