Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Manager to join our team.
This vital role provides excellent customer service and ensures smooth facility operations.
If you have exceptional communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor - Receive packages and organize inventory - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and contribute to cleanliness of the facility - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Managing census - Admission tasks such as auditing intake files, COBs, AORs, family contacts - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed -Oversee housekeeping -Oversee kitchen Qualifications: - 5+ years of proven experience as an office manager within the healthcare landscape - Strong administrative skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in computer literacy, and technology - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Previous experience in a substance abuse/behavioral health facility is preferred - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism - Experience with EMR systems; Kipu is a plus - Medicaid billing experience is a plus - High attention to detail and accuracy
