Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

This role is essential in supporting a high-volume healthcare setting where pediatric collections are required daily. Your expertise and ability to build trust with patients-especially children-will directly contribute to accurate testing and a positive patient experience.
What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, with a strong focus on pediatric draws
Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established protocols
Verify patient information and obtain required signatures to ensure specimen integrity and compliance
Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-centered environment
Manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, timely results in a fast-paced setting
Travel between service locations if needed based on staffing demands
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric phlebotomy experience (required)
Previous Patient Service Center experience (preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and flexibility to support business needs
Ability to meet compliance requirements (Allina credentialing required: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB test; COVID and Flu strongly recommended)
