A growing construction organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support full-cycle accounting operations, financial reporting, and project accounting activities. This role will partner with project managers and operations leadership to ensure accurate job costing, project tracking, and financial performance reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger activity, journal entries, and account reconciliations Lead month-end close and assist with financial statement preparation Support job costing, WIP reporting, and project financial tracking Analyze project costs, budgets, and profitability Partner with operations and project teams on reporting and financial insights Assist with audits, compliance, and process improvements Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records and project data Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience Construction, contracting, or project-based accounting experience preferred Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and job costing Strong Excel and accounting system skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
