Workday HCM Analyst

A client of Innova Solutions is hiring an experienced Workday Core HCM Analyst for an immediate opportunity with a leading Banking/Financial Services client!

Location: Charlotte, NC/ Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid 3 days onsite /2 days remote)
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract (W2)
Duration: 6 Months

We are hiring a Workday Core HCM Analyst to support our Core HCM Workday product team. The ideal candidate will work with business and product stakeholders to gather requirements, support development, and perform UAT before releases.
Required:

• Workday HCM experience in an Analyst or Lead role
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring Workday, and supporting testing
• Strong knowledge of the Workday Business Process Framework
• Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time modules
• Experience with Workday integrations
• Workday Certification Preferred
• Experience supporting large enterprise Workday environments

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $55hr - $60/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
