Registered Behavior Technician
Job Summary:
Hidden Light ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Eastland, TX. About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related diagnoses. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children in their natural environments
Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to address identified skills and behaviors
Collecting and recording data on child progress and behavior
Collaborating with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed
Communicating effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy sessions in a safe and supportive environment
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of individualized treatment plans
Utilize behavioral interventions and strategies to address target behaviors
Collect and analyze data on child progress and behavior
Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance ABA skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or human services) preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
