They keep things simple, back sound judgment, and reward people who protect the bottom line.
Own the profitability of an established commercial surety book in Texas while working 100% remote. You will lead with financial analysis, set the tone on risk selection and pricing, and be the face of the company with key brokers across the region. If you like autonomy, clear authority, and being measured on results, this is built for you.
