Boston Scientific is seeking an Associate Production Manager to join our growing operations team in Arden Hills, Minnesota. With general guidance from functional management, this role provides leadership to a team focused on advancing safety, quality and productivity while supporting business unit demand.
The Associate Production Manager identifies and analyzes problems, develops solutions and drives execution. This role provides guidance on employee development, performance and productivity, while communicating team achievements and metrics to organizational leadership.
