Work Details:

• Support Staff: 2 perm Physicians
• Coverage Needed: July-Dec dates, 24 hour call only starting in August
• Average Callback: 2-6 hours per day
• Surgeries (OR): 3 4 per week
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Size: 99 beds
• Robotics: available (not required)

Procedures:

• Required: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
• Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
• Disposable flexible cystoscopes available

Requirements :

• Board Certification: BC or BE
• License: Arizona license or IMLC LOQ only
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Credentialing Timeframe:
