Job Summary As a Research Manager, North America, you will execute research essential to Viking’s growth, leading and managing small to medium‑sized research initiatives that gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for marketing, product, and operations. This hybrid position is based in our Woodland Hills, CA office, requiring attendance on Mondays, Thursdays, and one additional weekday. You will report to the North America Research Lead. Job Responsibilities Lead survey development for medium and small‑scale surveys, including writing outlines, programming in Qualtrics, and performing quality checks. Analyze data and develop clear, actionable reports. Manage external vendors, budgets, and project timelines. Maintain a continuously running survey by programming, troubleshooting, and reporting. Recruit and fulfill incentives for qualitative projects, such as pulling sample lists, sending invitations, setting up groups in Discuss.io, ensuring technical checks, downloading recordings and transcripts, and handling incentives. Lead team‑specific organizational and automation tasks, including updating compendium and report templates. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 3+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or analytics. Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality results. Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven teamwork and relationship‑building abilities. Experience managing projects and research vendors with proactive problem solving. Considerable experience with PowerPoint and Excel required. Experience with Qualtrics or a similar programming platform required. SPSS experience beneficial, but not required. What We Offer You Highly competitive compensation plan.
