Job description
Park Place Technologies is seeking a Sr. Technical Support Engineer to lead implementations for customer projects based on IBM i Power platforms. This role requires ensuring customer requirements are met while collaborating with various teams for efficient service delivery. With 7-10+ years of experience, candidates should possess a strong background in IBM Power Hardware and troubleshooting of IBM i O/S. You will play a key role in project management and customer support, including physical installations and system migrations.
