Description You will be the Int. Program Planner Staff‑Skunk Works® Integrated Planning - Level 4 for the Skunk Works® team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge aerospace programs. Responsibilities As the Int. Program Planner Staff‑Skunk Works® Integrated Planning - Level 4 you will be responsible for organizing tasks, building and maintaining program schedules, and coordinating across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality to ensure mission‑critical outcomes. Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed schedules using Deltek Open Plan and Milestones Professional. Manage schedule baselines, perform monthly variance analysis, and assess impacts of proposed work. Apply Critical Path Methodology to create robust schedule networks and identify risk mitigation actions. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align resources, resolve gaps, and support Earned Value Management. Serve as a self‑starter relationship builder, fostering communication across the Skunk Works® program. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Experience with Microsoft Office applications Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration Experience leading cross‑functional teams, projects, or programs Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders Previous experience with Deltek Open Plan, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or a similar tool Desired Skills: 5+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis Proposal experience Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implementing actionable improvement plans Demonstrated team building skills Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner iPlan experience Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience Prior Aerospace experience Security Clearance MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. Location Palmdale, CA Other Information Annual base salary range: $95,000 - $167,440 (California, Massachusetts, New York excluding major metropolitan areas); $109,200 - $189,290 in major metropolitan areas.
