Job Title BCBA – In-Person Assessment Specialist (Virginia) Compensation $110/hour (assessment time) + $25/hour (travel time) Location Virginia (in-person required) Job Description We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct in-person initial assessments for clients in Virginia. Responsibilities Conduct in-person initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans Complete and submit documentation in a timely manner Communicate effectively with families and caregivers Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and state regulations Requirements Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment plans Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to travel to client locations Reliable transportation Compensation & Perks $110/hour for assessment time $25/hour for travel time Flexible scheduling Opportunity for additional assessment work Schedule Flexible, based on your availability #J-18808-Ljbffr
