BCBAs choose Beachmont for a clinical focus without corporate noise, protected time, and real administrative support. We want you to focus on providing quality treatment, not to worry about meeting minimum a billable requirement.
Role Summary
This is a clinical (non-executive) supervision role. You’ll continue to receive mentorship and supervision from a BCBA-D clinician, conduct assessments, write behavior intervention plans (BIPs), provide caregiver and technician training, and ensure treatment integrity and positive clinical outcomes. Funding sources you'll interact with are CenCal, TCRC, and Commercial Insurances.

Hybrid: home/community visits across Ventura & Santa Barbara Counties; occasional clinic or telehealth. Travel is local and scheduled.
