About the Job The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in leading a customer‑focused, profitable, and productive store location. The role requires inspiring and motivating team members by exhibiting core value behaviors, including a customer‑focused selling culture, ensuring the execution of the store’s KPIs, and holding employees accountable to all policies and procedures. Responsibilities Maintain a customer‑focused mindset and ensure all team members deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempting to "solve for yes" and escalating issues as needed. Keep the store clean, well organized, and safe to maximize the customer experience. Provide feedback to the leadership team to improve overall service. Serve as floor supervisor during non‑peak periods (e.g., breaks)." Hold self and associates accountable for operational tasks. Coach and provide feedback on Sales Associate performance.
