ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was a Division I soccer coach. While I loved coaching and developing people, I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to put down roots in a community, build lasting relationships, and help people protect what matters most.

I attended the University of South Carolina and am the proud parent of two children who keep me busy with their sports and activities. My coaching background continues to influence how I lead today, with a strong focus on teamwork, accountability, development, and celebrating success together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Geoff Del Forn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
