About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide executive leadership for a behavioral health hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and clinical leadership of the facility, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves full accountability for hospital operations, financial performance, and the development of a culture that prioritizes patient safety and quality care. The CEO will also be tasked with leading a multidisciplinary team, fostering community relationships, and driving the organization's mission to be a leader in mental health and addiction treatment. Candidates for the CEO position at the company's behavioral health hospital should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a behavioral health, acute care, or managed care environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facility administration, clinical operations, and a strong understanding of the mental health and addiction treatment landscape, including state and federal regulations. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, leading the development of a continuum of care, and ensuring the facility is financially sound. The CEO must be a transformational leader with strong financial acumen, capable of driving business development processes and leading a high-performing team.
