GENERAL SURGEON

6 Weeks PTO West Texas


Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Salary: Competitive base with full financial security from day one
  • Professional Fees: Surgeon collects 100% of all professional fees generated
  • Sign-On & Relocation: Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided
  • Benefits: Full package including malpractice coverage, 8 weeks PTO (6 + 2), CME, and retirement
  • Student Loan Repayment: Assistance program available

Qualifications

  • Education: MD or DO
  • Certification: BE/BC in General Surgery
  • Licensure: Texas license or ability to obtain
  • Experience: Open to BC/BE surgeons at all experience levels
