Find your next opportunity today!Description of WorkThere are twelve Officers of the Day (OD), 4 1st shifts, 4 2nd shifts, and 4 3rd shifts assigned respectively to each of the three residential areas at JIRDC. The ODs are directly supervised by the Sr HCS and perform daily scheduling adjustments ensuring adequate deployment of available staff to each of eleven homes and three resource centers (1st shift M-F), supervisory rounding, providing feedback and assistance as needed. The duties include, but are not limited to redeploying home staff, adhering to pull lists, to areas in need of additional staff secondary to call outs, new 1:1’s or med appointments, trips etc…, communicating need to hold red dots, compiling OD reports for worked shifts, preparing OD reports for upcoming 72 hours, making sure the absences, leave early, tardies, updating master schedules for daily alterations such as UL and implementation of call out restrictions and weekend make up shifts.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesSalary Range: $32,444.00 – $48,665.00We Will Be Recruiting For Multiple Positions With This Post.
