You will provide leadership within the classroom team and ensure strong care, communication, and developmental support for children. Develop and implement theme-based curriculum aligned with YWCA’s Anti-Bias Curriculum Foster a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environment Assess, document, and communicate children’s developmental progress Core Competencies Early Childhood Education & Development: Ability to support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development using best practices Leadership & Collaboration: Experience guiding classroom staff and serving as a role model and mentor Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with families, staff, and stakeholders Who You Are You are a compassionate, culturally responsive early childhood professional who is committed to equity, inclusion, and high-quality care.
