Collins Construction Co., Inc. is seeking to add valued team members to our growing family for full time positions as Bridge/Structure Construction Superintendents.
This position involves supervision and oversight of bridge construction projects and will require the applicant to manage project budgets and schedules. We provide excellent benefits including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance and a Company Sponsored Pension Plan.

Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.
Base Salary Range:
Level Range of Pay
Superintendent I $102,000-$120,000
Superintendent II $120,000-$144,000
Superintendent III $144,000-$168,000
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
