The Showboat ScoopShowboat Resort, an Atlantic City icon, has been rejuvenated into the premier travel destination for family friendly vacations and experiences. The resort features a beautifully renovated pet friendly hotel featuring 852 rooms, including walk-out balcony suites; 100,000 square feet of flexible meeting space; the world's largest arcade spread throughout the property which includes a 45,000 square foot indoor raceway. You’ll direct day-to-day arcade operations, build smart schedules, and coach associates to deliver friendly, fast service. You’ll also oversee cash handling and POS accuracy, manage prize redemption and inventory levels, and partner with tech support to maximize game uptime.You’ll use sales and traffic insights to adjust staffing, protect revenue through safety/security and loss-prevention practices, and complete reporting and financial reconciliations.Required skills/qualifications:Strong leadership and supervisory skillsExcellent guest communication for all agesCash/POS accuracy; audit and reconciliation comfortInventory and prize management experienceMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) + database/email toolsBasic arcade machine troubleshooting/maintenance knowledgeFamiliarity with family entertainment center/arcade trendsFlexible rotating schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)Bilingual preferredIf you’re ready to lead the play, apply today.
