Dans le cadre d'un projet de changement de logiciel SIRH, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire RH et Paie pour renforcer notre quipe.
Formation de niveau Bac +2/3 (BUT, Licence ou quivalent);
Gestion administrative du personnel;
Assurer le suivi administratif des salaris, de leur intgration jusqu' leur dpart;
Une premire exprience en RH et/ou paie est souhaite;
Crer les dossiers du personnel;
Matrise des outils SIRH (idalement SAGE et Octime) ainsi que des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel;
Prparer les contrats de travail (CDD/CDI);
Grer les absences (maladie, AT/ATJ);
Assurer le suivi des visites mdicales, de la prvoyance et de la mutuelle;
Rdiger les attestations et diffrents courriers administratifs.
Got pour la polyvalence et intrt pour les diffrents domaines des ressources humaines;
Esprit d'quipe, sens de la collaboration et capacit s'investir dans un collectif.
Prise de poste : Ds que possible jusqu'au 31/03/2027 volutif - renouvellement possible
Lieu de travail : Bagnoles de l'Orne
Poste 35h, horaire de journe
Convention collective FEHAP 51
Rmunration : Selon grille CCN51 avec reprise d'anciennet possible
