How will you contribute and grow? You are the strategic motor for our diverse partner landscape in Wolfsburg/ Rathenow/ Magdeburg / Braunschweig / Kassel/ Mhlhausen / Salzwedel / Brandenburg an der Havel / Detmold. You combine an ausgeprgte hands-on mentality with fingerspitzengefhl and feel comfortable in a self-organized environment. You steer your partners and projects completely independently: Whether it's on-site dealer trainings or accompanying end-customer conversations depending on partner seniority or need, you adapt your activities individually. Your goal is to empower our partners so that they can act independently and successfully in the market.

• Vertriebspartner-Akquise & Kundenvermittler: You identify potential sales partners and customer intermediaries proactively. You focus on quality rather than quantity: You build sustainable partnerships and participate directly in the joint growth.
• Strategische Markt- und Partnerentwicklung: With an analytical view, you identify "white spots" in your sales area. You develop tailored strategies to optimize market coverage and fully exploit market potentials.
• Schulung & Sicherheit:
• You conduct commercial trainings on our gas portfolio as well as hardware systems and ensure that partners can confidently convey the technical advantages (e.g. in welding and cutting technology) to customers.
• As a coach, you train the proper handling of technical gases. You convey basic knowledge on safety regulations, handling, load securing, and transport.
• You train partners to efficiently add customers to our system and use Air Liquide's digital tools for process optimization.
• Performance-Management & KPIs: You have your numbers under control. You analyze relevant KPIs, derive concrete action recommendations from them, and translate strategic goals into operational growth.
• Brand & CI-Compliance: You act as a quality guardian on site. You monitor the compliance of our corporate identity at the point of sale and ensure a uniform, strong brand appearance.
• Operative Begleitung: You intensively accompany the sales partners and their new employees during onboarding. You ensure that the sales of gas cylinders and the use of our digital systems run smoothly.

Are you a match?

• Technisches Rckgrat: You have a technical/commercial education or degree and the ability to explain complex systems (gases, equipment, safety) simply.
• Erfahrung in der Wissensvermittlung: You enjoy giving presentations and conducting training sessions whether in front of two or twenty people.
• IT-Affini You are proficient in Salesforce (or comparable CRM systems) and can convey the logic behind it to others.
• Reisebereitschaft & Regionali You are mobile in the region around Wolfsburg/ Rathenow/ Magdeburg / Braunschweig / Kassel/ Mhlhausen / Salzwedel / Brandenburg an der Havel / Detmold.
