Eclipse is looking for a Seasonal On-Site Support Admin to join our team in the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. As a pivotal leader within our dedicated team, the On-Site Support position acts as an extension of our client's HR team by helping to recruit and manage the hourly workforce directly at our client's site. On a daily basis you will work side-by-side with our client's supervisory team to ensure that workforce solutions are implemented to grow the business to its full potential. Seasonal Position, (at least 30 days)
Responsibilities and essential job functions:
Job Requirements: Bi-lingual language skills required Warehouse or production environment experience preferred. Must be willing to work in environments that can be cold and wet.
Detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with a positive attitude toward change and resilient under pressure to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills HRIS System, Payroll systems or Recruiting industry systems knowledge is a plus
