JOB OPPORTUNITY #: 23-050 ASST PROSECUTING ATTORNEY-SVU PROSECUTING ATTORNEY POSTED: 03/18/26 Responsibilities: Conducts factual and legal analysis of domestic and sexual violence and child abuse reports submitted by law enforcement agencies to determine whether charges should be filed based on the facts and the law; represents the State of Missouri at docket calls, jury trials, and grand jury proceedings; manages assigned cases; maintains proficiency in Missouri and Federal law.
