Technology Consulting - Digital Engineering - Cloud Engineer - Manager - Multiple Positions - 1710677, Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX. Create cloud engineering designs and develop technology solutions for clients supporting business decisions. Support clients in modernizing systems, processes and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms and services to support high performance in a rapidly changing and competitive environment. Provide end-to-end technical system solutions, in line with business strategy and objectives. Help clients remain competitive by developing technology strategies, products and solutions and supporting the execution of complex business transformations through cloud architecture solutions. Work closely and continuously with the business/client to focus on meeting business/client requirements and incorporating broader aspects such as overall product costs/revenue, data privacy, business continuity, information security, and integration with other computer systems. Ensure relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly across Technology programs/projects and products. Identify, define, and implement reusable technologies, assets, and standards and adhere to standards and consumption of reusable assets across products and portfolios. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Mathematics, or a related field and 5 years of related work experience. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Mathematics, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience. Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: consulting, professional services, and/or IT industry. Must have 4 years of experience with the following: cloud vendors, including one or a combination of the following: AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and/or GCP; DevOps technologies; and one or a combination of the following programming languages: Java, Scala, Python, C#, and/or C++. Must have 3 years of hands-on design and automation experience working with service and hosting solutions, including one or a combination of the following: cloud IaaS, PaaS, and/or SaaS platforms including virtual networks, virtual machines, cloud services, and container services. Must have 3 years of experience in implementation and development of security solution, On-Prem-Cloud integration, and on Cloud components. Must have 3 years of experience with one or a combination of the following relational database systems: MySQL, MS SQL Server and/or Oracle. Must have 3 years of experience with the following: one or a combination of the following CICD technologies: Jenkins, GitHub, BitBucket, Spinnaker, CircleCI, and/or Bamboo; and one or a combination of the following Infrastructure as a Code technologies: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Cloud Formation, Azure ARM, and/or Deployment Manager. Must have 2 years of experience in developing all the following: Cloud Architecture and Design, Cloud Security, Cloud Infrastructure, and Network & storage Design. Must have 2 years of experience in container technologies, including one or a combination of the following: Kubernetes, AKS, and/or OCP. Must have 2 years of experience in presenting in oral and written communications to executive-level clients. Must have 2 years of experience with the following: designing and implementing APIs, including experience in one or a combination of the following: REST, SOAP, HTTP, and/or UDP; one or a combination of the following container orchestration platforms: Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, Mesos, and/or Rancher. Must have 1 year of experience supervising a team of technology solutions specialists in professional services. Requires domestic and regional travel up to a maximum of 50% to serve client needs.
