Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Perform monthly analysis and reporting of key information for circulation to senior management. Work directly with client facilities in conjunction with SCP operations teams to produce solutions for client needs that maintain a positive ROI for our company. Demonstrate the ability to manage workload and produce results independently and without excessive supervision. Support the financial planning and budgeting process. Perform or assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned, including development and monitoring of revenue, expenses, metrics for performance (KPI), presentations for senior management meetings, and projects assigned by the Director of Operational Finance. Compile, evaluate, and transform information from various systems and databases for use in financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Deliver on multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, and be effective and decisive under pressure. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and deliver sound solutions. Build and maintain relationships with regional operators and be a key resource for revenue and cost‑related operations questions. Carefully consider manner in which work is presented, including summarized analysis, data, and visual presentation appropriate for each situation. All work should be traceable, explainable, and designed for easy replication in various scenario changes. Communicate effectively with other departments including IT, Accounting, Revenue Cycle Services, and Operations. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Proficiency in Excel, Analytical Software Suite, Billing Systems. Prior exposure to VBA, JavaScript, MicroStrategy, Oracle BI, Tableau, SASS, R, STATA, HOST Analytics, Workday, Kronos (a plus). Knowledge of relational and multi‑dimensional databases. Ability to write SQL; MDX queries a plus. Data analysis skills including cleaning and analysis. Team collaboration and effective communication skills. Ability to work in a high‑stress, time‑sensitive environment. Education (Required And/Or Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Data/Computer Science, or Statistics (required). CPA designation or Master’s in Business Administration or the above fields (preferred). Work Experience/Qualifications Minimum 5 years of financial analysis or reporting experience. Healthcare finance experience a plus. Prior management experience a plus. Pay Range $63,275.00 – $93,663.00 USD annually. This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
