RESIDENCE HALL SUPERVISOR
Responsible to the Assistant Director or Area Coordinator for the supervision and administration of a residence hall community and promoting a diversified residential program through a curricular approach. Duties include:
- Assisting resident assistants with the development, tracking, promotion, and implementation of programming; administration of daily operations;
- community development;
- maintaining an effective working relationship with campus partners;
- staff selection, training, supervision, and evaluation;
- student contact in the areas of counseling, conflict mediation and resolution, crisis management, and discipline.
- Provides on-call duty coverage on a rotating basis
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree. This is position has potential for both live-on and live-off staff. An on campus apartment will be provided while providing on call coverage. This is a part-time job, at 20 hours per week with potential for up to 40 hours on occasion. Start date is as soon as possible.
