Summary The Field Operations Lead supports the Location Manager by coordinating and executing day-to-day field activities. This role ensures operational tasks are completed efficiently, assists with team coordination, and maintains compliance with company standards. It is a hands-on position focused on execution and supporting frontline staff.
Key Responsibilities
Typical Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Relevant Experience 1+ years related experience and/or training. Required Certifications Other Information High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred.13 years of experience in field operations or team lead role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing conditions. Basic knowledge of operational processes and safety standards. Skills & Competencies: Dependability: Reliable in executing assigned tasks and meeting deadlines; Team Player: Works collaboratively and supports team objectives; Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in reporting and compliance; Adaptability: Comfortable with dynamic field environments and shifting priorities.
