Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Employee Health LVN, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing the Employee Health functions, including employee health screenings, processing new hire applicants, accurately documenting health data, providing employee health education, participating in workplace health and safety programs, assisting with Workers' Compensation claim management, and providing clerical support coverage. Every day you will assume responsibility and accountability for the assessment, planning, and evaluation of workplace health services for employees, volunteers, students, and contractors. Participate in any investigation, risk evaluation, and work collaboratively with facility/entity leaders to implement, monitor, mitigate risk and corrective action plans as outlined by compliance programs. Demonstrate proficiency in using Google tools. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Minimum two years of experience in Employee Health, ambulatory care, or occupational health nursing. Preferred Requirements Hospital Employee Health experience. Associate’s degree in nursing.
