As a Client Services HR Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a key contributor within our HT Talent team. You'll bring HRBP-level strategic insight and tactical execution, strong people leadership experience, and the confidence to represent HT both internally and externally.

What You'll Do

• Be a Trusted Partner. Act as the day-to-day contact for CFOs, CEOs, and HR leaders, delivering diverse services that span across org design and succession planning to compliance, benefit reconciliations, and policy development.
• Own the Room. Present insights and recommendations in proposals, executive briefings, board meetings, and annual HR reviewstranslating data into decisions that move organizations forward.
• Solve What Matters. Identify problems and opportunities, craft solution roadmaps, and communicate progress with clarityalways advocating for the client's goals.
• Represent HoganTaylor Talent. Build visibility through networking, community events, panels, and relationship-building opportunities inside and outside of the firm.
• Grow Relationships. Spot cross-service opportunities, craft personal marketing plans, and nurture professional networks to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Manage Engagements. Lead multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and aligned with HR regulations and firm quality standards.
• Elevate the Practice. Champion process improvements and help shape best practices that keep our HT Talent team at the forefront of the profession.
• Develop Future Leaders. Serve as a Career Advisor, coaching emerging talent and modeling the HT core values of unity, service, and dynamic.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field required; Master's degree a plus
• HR certification highly desired (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
• 510 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with consulting or professional services preferred
• People leadership experiencecoaching, developing, or managing others
• Deep working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; comfort operating as both strategist and hands-on practitioner
• Comfort representing the firm publicly (panels, networking, community events)
• Proven track record leading projects, managing teams, and hitting deadlines under pressure
• Sharp verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Experience thriving in tech-forward, paperless environments
