Set and attain facility-wide goals. Provide creative problem‑solving and oversee all aspects of facility operation. Work collaboratively with staff to keep residents comfortable and safe. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field. Unencumbered State of Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA). Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred. Passion for excellence and drive to lead.
